Job description:

1) Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and other assigned leadership staff.

2) Performs clerical and administrative tasks (drafting letter, memos, invoices, reports)

3) Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.

4) Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

5) Able to do board meeting minutes.

Requirements:

· Proven admin/assistant experience (2 – 3 years of experience)

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Able to travel when needed
