Maybank (Perak Branch) is hiring for the following position:

Branch Management Entry Level Program (BMELP)

For fresh graduates

This BMELP provides a structured development program to provide potential fresh graduate talents to meet the future demand for key roles at our Maybank branches especially in Region Perak. 

About BMELP Program:

-The BMELP is a talent management programme where fresh graduates are recruited and developed.
-To build a bench strength of talent pool potential for Branch/Centre management key positions.
-To equip them with a strong foundation of branch operations through classroom learning and on the job learning.
-To prepare them to be accelerated in their first branch management role within the desired timeline.
 
Entry Requirements:

-Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Commerce/Engineering or any Business related.
-Candidates should have strong command of written and spoken English.
-Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills and ability to socialize.
-Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate analytical thinking.
-Willing to be relocated throughout Region Perak and the country.
-Candidates who have held leadership roles during their university years will have an added advantage.
