Job Description:


Pre Contract Stage:

  • Material Take off
  • Tender Preparation
  • Calling tender


Post Contract Stage:

  • Site Valuation
  • Prepare Interim Certificate
  • Assess Variation Order
  • Final Account Preparation
  • Other Contract Administration tasks


Requirements:

  • Degree/Master in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant working experience 
  • Computer Literate
  • Possess own transport and driving license
  • Willing to travel outstation when needed
  • Knowledge of BIM QS software (Costx / Glodon Cubicost) will be an added advantage 
  • Experience in QS Consultancy Firm or Main Contractor will be an added advantage

  • Petaling Utama Avenue
