Hi everyone! Dialog Group Berhad is currently looking for:
1) Senior Contracts Administrator
for Upstream department! *only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
Location: Dialog Tower, Mutiara Damansara, Selangor
Responsibilities:
1. Involves in Contract Pre-Award Phase
2. Ensure the timely execution of the procurement process to establish new contracts, which includes:
- Assessing the most viable contracting strategy (e.g., single sourcing, competitive bidding, extension) to initiate the procurement process.
- Assisting in market analysis, such as preparing market surveys, prescreening, and retrieving relevant market indices from Corporate.
- Assisting User in defining the Scope of Work, technical requirements/criteria, Company Estimate, and commercial model.
Participating in technical and commercial evaluations, including clarification/negotiation, resolving tender exceptions, and presenting to internal committees.
- Liaising with Legal / Finance / SSHE as required regarding tender evaluation.
- Acting as the focal point to ensure the completion and review of Tender Plan (TP), Invitation to Bid Document (ITB), Technical Evaluation Report (TER), Techno-Commercial Evaluation & Award Recommendation (TCEAR) documentations, and Notification of Award Letter.
- Handling contract management activities, including:
- Coordinating with Procurement for the preparation of contract SAP, ACV allocation.
- Updating and maintaining Contracts/Tenders Database including Contract Document.
- Coordinating Contract Kick Off meeting with the contractor.
- Monitoring Actual Contract Spend vs. Approved Contract Value (ACV) with the assistance of Cost Controller and Technical Assistant team.
- Providing support & information to the users regarding all contracts under its portfolio, e.g., Contract terms, provisions & scope, exposures, etc.
- Preparation of Changes to Contract document (ACV, change in scope, extension, etc.) and supporting the procurement process to ensure timely approval.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or Science-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including:
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in Drilling and/or Well contracting activities.
- At least 5 years experience in contracts management.
- At least 5 years experience working in a PSC Company (knowledge in PSC environment, PTCAM, PPGUA, aware of the concept of Cost Recovery).
- Strong understanding of legal and contractual principles.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using SAP.
- Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English.
