1) First Level Executive, Collection and Conservation Management
Some of the Key accountabilities:
1. Data Accuracy: Assist in maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records for all collection items, ensuring adherence to established standards and regulations. Perform data verification and quality control tasks to guarantee data accuracy
2. Preventive Conservation: Propose comprehensive preventive conservation plan for the collection, prioritizing high-risk items. Conduct regular condition assessments, monitor environmental conditions, and implement appropriate control measures
3. Business Plan and Budget Management: Assist in proposing an annual business plan for the section, collaborating to align it with the department’s goals and objectives. Additionally, plays a key role in managing the annual operating plan and planning and executing the monthly expenditure.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
2. Strong compliance background is an added advantage.

2) First Level Executive, Business, Technology & Records Management
Some of the Key accountabilities:
1. Promoting a culture of innovation, exploring new technologies, and developing strategic initiatives that enable the Department to adapt, differentiate, and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
2. Carry out diagnostic, preventive, predictive, corrective and scheduled maintenance and emergency troubleshooting of galleries equipment.
3. Manage exhibits, information systems and display solutions, automations, projection systems, flat panel displays, content servers, network equipment, digital contents, software and artwork & showcase lightings.
4. Perform web designing, application development, user interface design, multimedia content creation for website and exhibits.
5. Work closely with the relevant parties to update relevant policies and procedures to ensure good governance.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in any Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 5 years of web development & computer programming experience
2. Good in programming skills, web design & basic knowledge in Artificial Intelligence Technologies

3) Manager, Financial Services Library.
Key responsibilities involve planning and implementing impactful and innovative strategies to improve accessibility and visibility, ensuring a seamless user experience, and expanding the library's impact to meet user needs.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in library administration and management, encompassing user services management, IT oversight, library instruction, and collection development.
- Expertise in both physical and digital library services is crucial to managing the preservation and organization of information within technological advancements.
- The candidate should be skilled in designing library services for a diverse user base and have a strong record in planning, implementing, and evaluating these services.
