Job Requirements :

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in consultant / construction industry.

Familiar with QS standards, policies and procedures.

Team player, articulate well, creative and performance driven.

Diligent, independent and resourceful.

2) Engineer- Proposal (Electrical & Control)

- Preliminary design drawing, quantity take-off, and developing project scope definitions.

- Preparing bills of quantity with initial cost estimation for tenders and proposals.

- Analyzing, evaluating, and negotiating supplier/sub-contractor quotations to form the base cost of tender.

- Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation, including method statements, work programs, and schedules of rates.

- Developing a tender costing database of unit rates for typical materials and equipment.

- Liaising with local authorities, consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and principals regarding tender requirements.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or a related field from a recognized institution.

- 2 to 5 years of working experience in electrical works. Pre-contract experience in the water industry is preferred.

- Ability to take off quantity, prepare bills of quantity, and estimate costs for tenders and proposals related to electrical works in the water industry.

- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
