Responsibilities

4. To do planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, and executing all engineering work (equipment and facilities including automation and robotics

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

2. At least 5 years experience in automotive paint shop

3. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD

4. Ability to work with multiple projects at same time

5. Project management and strong leadership

6. Familiar with painting process in automotive industry

7. Familiar with painting robot and application

Responsibilities:

1. To manage Talent Management & Learning and Development session

2. Execution of Talent Management Program and Engagement Session

3. Responsible for annual training preparation including Training Need Analysis (TNA), training budget and yearly training calendar

4. Manage, coordinate, execute & monitor all development/technical training activities for Group Manufacturing

5. Responsible to prepare for technical and development training report for Group Human Capital PROTON and DRB HICOM and other management reporting

6. Responsible in managing HRDC matters including training grant, industrial training scheme and other related activity

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, Organizational Studies, or Business Management/Administration

2. At least 1-2 years experience

3. Certified HRDF Train The Trainer

4. Familiar with HRDC application/claim/documentation

5. Experience in manage audit is an added advantage

Job Description:

1. Reporting to Project Leader of Project Management Manufacturing Office.

2. Plan and prepare project management scheduling and to timely update the progress status.

3. To effectively communicate and liaise with the project team from various departments, mainly EPMO, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Facilities, GTP, CBD,  SCM, PQ and Production; for information gathering on data, design, analysis trends, results and progress updates.

4. To assist project leader in ensuring the related task and activities are executed by other project teams members, meeting project timeline scheduling and within approved budget.

5. To prepare and submit operation and capital expenditure budget. 

6. To execute timely any other related task given by project leader as required.

7. Well-experienced in Manufacturing and Project Management and ability to lead a Team to meet agreed deliverables.

Qualification:

Sr. Engineer, Equipment Maintenance Painting with 5 years experience automotive manufacturing with exposure to maintenance and production operation, based at Tanjong Malim, Perak.

Job Description:

1. Responsible and accountable for maintenance operation for equipment's Painting Shop and to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery according to company's target.

2. To plan, manage, implement, monitor and review on effective maintenance management of equipment through development of workers and supervisors so as to meet local authority statutory rules and regulations.

3. To plan, manage, implement, monitor and review on effective maintenance management of painting equipment and robot through development of workers and supervisors so as to meet local authority statutory rules and regulations

4. Responsible to implement, monitor and review maintenance management through analysis of equipment and painting problems related to product quality and establish permanent countermeasure to improve reliability, efficiency and maintainability.

5. Responsible to plan, organize, control and review the inventory management of tools, spare parts and consumable through sourcing for alternative, localization and reverse engineering to reduce maintenance cost.

6. Responsible to execute and implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system requirement and compliances.

Qualification:

1. Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering

2. 5 years in automotive manufacturing with exposure to maintenance and production operation

3. Knowledgeable, Up-to-date, and innovative & creative in Industrial Automation Equipment's- PLCs, PCS, Robots, Maintenance Cleaning, Conveyors, and Cranes.

4. Knowledge in maintenance management of equipment, robots, tools and facilities. 

5. Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in machinery including PLC, robotics system, electro mechanical control, pneumatic, servo and inverter. 

6. Knowledge in problem solving, customer handling, project planning and human resource management.
