Industrial Relations Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for IR related matters - disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, misconduct and etc.
Execute disciplinary actions for all misconducts.
Continuously monitor the implementation of the terms, benefits and conditions of the existing Collective Agreement.
Strong commitment to the principles of Human Resources Management, Administration, Safety and Security Management.
Organize and maintain a systematic record profile system for immediate and easy reference.
Supervise the administration of Company bus transportation and cleanliness within company compound.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Laws or equivalent.
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above or 2nd class upper.
Possess strong communication skill and details oriented.
Familiar with Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Acts, EPF and SOCSO.
