Job Title: Assistant Manager, Contract Management

Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage and implement strategy, programs and activities in contract terms and negotiation, rental rates, tenancy agreements to ensure timely revenue collection.
2. Perform analysis on the performance and deliverables of non-toll revenue collection also develop action plan to improve the collection.
3. Develop and establish risk profile and action plan for non-compliance based on the report and analysis to minimize revenue leakages.
4. Develop plan and initiatives in addressing the disputes and non-compliance tenant to protect the rights and interest of the company.
5. Engage with Legal and Corporate secretarial function in coordinating eviction process and other legal solution to illegal tenant ensuring company’s interest is protected at all times.
6. Develop enforcement action plan and solution for late payment and bad debt recovery to increase revenue collection.
7. Perform analysis on the non-toll revenue collection to generate insight for development of best-in-class policy and practices.
