we are looking for an Executive/ Senior Executive for Human Resource Department under KDEB Waste Management Sdn Bhd.
Job Description
- To be responsible for all matters related to salary and employees (local and foreign worker), staff welfare, workers' hostel, recruitment, safety & health, issuance of letters and correspondence.
- To assist in the recruitment process, handling all foreign workers matters from sourcing onwards.
- Lead all IR matters, Domestic Inquiry, labour disputes, grievances, misconduct & disciplinary actions, including issuance of the warning letter, termination letters, conduct etc.
- Familiar with Malaysian regulations and payroll calculations.
- Formulate and implement HR policies.
- Review and implementation of latest rules and regulations.
- Preparation of monthly and annual report.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management and ensure all works are completed on deadline.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in all HR functions.
- Hands-on knowledge in HR Operations and working experience in services/waste management environments will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Payroll System and with an Advance
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO, Act 1969, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, strong ethics, and reliability.
- Honesty, integrity, confidentiality, objectivity, and sincerity are important traits for this position.
- Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
