Requirement
·Min. Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering
·Min. Experience - at least 4 years in technical / engineering

Main Responsibilities:
·Lead on specific customer demand case’s, collaborating & leading product support team to ensure timely and accurate technical disposition to customer.
•Supports TPM on technical matter’s related to turnaround preparation, execution, improvement, standardization, execution of unique first of its kind customer deliverables.
•Provide technical support for new business opportunities.
•Support relevant customer RCA’s from technical perspective.
•Participate, lead & share lesson learnt to relevant stakeholders to improve deliverables to customer.
•Support and guide L1 RM&D Engineers on daily front end customer issue’s
•The Senior/Lead RM&D Engineer will suggest improvements for the analytics or propose new diagnostics to optimize monitoring service or adapt service for specific customer needs.
•Daily monitoring of the Monitoring & Diagnostic (M&D) fleet composed of aero derivative and heavy-duty gas turbines, steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, electrical machines, gearboxes, auxiliaries and balance of plant
•Analyze data and alerts generated by M&D prognostic systems
•Troubleshoot technical issues on monitored fleet and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
•Prepare and review technical documentation such as trip root cause analyses, anomaly notifications and monthly reports
•Act as customer interface, discussing technical details of issues and findings
•Meet cycle time and volumetric goals while ensuring quality for M&D notifications and reports
•Be available for critical issue resolution on claimed cases and assigned customers
•Work assigned weekends and holidays on a rotational basis (flexible compensation time received for weekend / holiday shifts)
•Use Smart Signal software including continuous tuning and proposals for optimization of machine models
•Utilize System1 software to perform deep investigation on rotor dynamic issues
•Navigate and interpret site-specific control software (e.g. MarkV/VI /VIe, Woodward/Micronet, Rx3i /GE Fanuc) and engineering documents (e.g. P&ID, Instrument List) to support technical analyses
•Support the development and deployment of diagnostic systems in terms of hardware, software, data acquisition and analytics
•Prepare and/or review periodic reports including data analysis, issue report out, thermodynamic performance assessments and KPI trends
