Job Summary

To act as Buyer, Expeditor or Logistic Executive for specific Project and General Purchasing..        

Education / Professional Qualification

•    Degree in Engineering, Logistic, Material Management, IT or any discipline from a recognised institution or;

•    Diploma holder with a minimum of five (5) years working experience preferably in the oil & gas industry.  

Requirement / Skills

•    Good knowledge and exposure in handling procurement matters locally and internationally.

•    Good knowledge of the Malaysian oil & gas and petrochemical market and international procurement market is an added advantage.

•    Good knowledge of procurement practices, terms, negotiation concepts and business law.

•    Excellence in negotiation, sourcing, communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Experience in commercial negotiation is an advantage.

•    Able to source, select, recommend local & overseas vendor.

•    Good knowledge in computer software.
