1. ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

• Minimum 10 years in human resource management. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage and execute full sourcing and recruitment process for the Company.

• Supervise the management of employee re-assignments, transfers, secondments and promotions as well as support Industrial Relation manager.

• Monitor report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
