Are you a skilled Production Engineer or Production Supervisor with expertise in the glove manufacturing sector? We're looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and make a difference in the industry!

🔹 Position: 

1) Production Engineer (3pax) 
2) Production Supervisor (2pax)

🔹 Industry: Glove Manufacturing
🔹 Location: Hartalega NGC Sepang
🔹 Experience: 2-5years of experiences (fresh graduate with great attitude and commitment are encourage to apply as well)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations.
- Ensure quality and efficiency in glove production processes.
- Implement and maintain production schedules.
- Lead and mentor production team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in glove manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
