ASSOCIATE MANAGER (CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST), HR OPERATIONS

What You’ll Do:

- Conduct Psychological Assessments and Manage Cases: You'll evaluate employees' emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and occupational well-being. Through regular sessions and outcome measures, you'll track progress and tailor interventions to help them thrive.

- Lead Multidisciplinary Interventions: Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and primary care physicians to develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

- Crisis Management: Be the first responder to workplace crises, handling traumatic incidents, or high-risk situations with prompt and effective action.

- Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation, including assessment notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

- Build Strong Networks: Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and develop compelling content for wellbeing-related awareness programs and educational initiatives.

- Strategize for Psychosocial Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies for psychosocial risk assessment, including surveys, focus group discussions, and reports, to ensure a healthy workplace environment.

- Implement Risk Mitigation: Coordinate the development and execution of action plans aimed at managing and mitigating psychosocial risks.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

- A minimum of Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution, along with national licensure with Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP). Holding additional credentials will be a plus.

- At least 6 years of experience in clinical psychology, with proven expertise in psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions.

- Familiarity with therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy.

- A deep sensitivity to cultural diversity, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaboration and teamwork.

What you'll do: 

 

- Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive device management using Microsoft Intune, ensuring devices comply with organizational policies and security requirements.

- Oversee the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems to monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events and incidents.

- Manage the configuration and maintenance of the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for efficient software delivery and system updates.

- Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions to control, monitor, and audit privileged access across the network.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, procedures, tools, and documents for security operations to ensure streamlined workflow and adherence to best practices.

- Evaluate security technologies and third-party services that provide the most value and are best suited for the organization.

- Propose new internal IT tools, initiatives, and processes to improve the efficiency and security of the organization's infrastructure.

- Maintain constant communication with management, service, project and operations delivery teams, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.

- Assist in managing and overseeing ID management processes and its lifecycle to ensure security risks are considered or mitigated.

- Assist in overseeing and proactively ensuring quality control on all provided services by monitoring and managing escalated tickets/SLA/KPI and producing monthly reports to the identified stakeholders.

 

What you’ll bring with you:

 

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / System & Networking or any related field. 

- Minimum 10 years working experience in related area and 3 years of management experience

- Exposure in Endpoint Security and Infrastructure Security trainings, as well as Secure Web Application Development trainings

- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies

- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
