We have an exciting career opportunity at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad i.e., 

1) Currency Exchange Officer (Bureau de Change @ KLIA/KLIA 2)

his role is a permanent role based on shift rotation.

Responsibilities:

a) Operate counter at designated BDC outlet to perform Foreign Currency Exchange & Money Transfer 

b) Handle 30 types of foreign currencies

c) Interact and transact with customers with positive and active approach

d) To deliver efficient, excellent, and good customer services to customers within the average transaction time

e) To actively upsell with the customer while performing transaction at the counter 

Requirements:

a) Minimum STPM holder with experiences in any field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

b) Able to work in shift rotation and at Airport

c) Have a good customer service with good command of English

d) Have a good interpersonal skill

e) Good in Mathematical & Calculation
