Hiring: 

1. Senior Executive, Procurement Services

- Plan, execute and implement subcontracting for projects in a set cycle time within the approved budget and available resources in accordance to the Company’s procedure and client’s specifications

- 7-8 years of experience in Contracting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, preferably in oil and gas industry, shipyard or related marine industry

2. Senior Executive, Procurement Services

- Lead, execute and monitor purchase of material for Procurement Material in a set cycle time within the approved budget.

- More than 5-7 years in procurement within the Oil & Gas industry

3. Senior Executive, Strategic Sourcing Material

- Manage and execute the strategic sourcing and category management to support company’s business needs and enhance the value chain of supply management in line with the Company vision of becoming world class player

- 5 years in Supply Chain Management experience preferable in oil and gas industry, shipyard or related marine industry

4. Senior Executive, Expediting

- Responsible for expediting deliveries of each PO assigned from Material Purchase Section as per PO contractual delivery date or Required on site date(ROS) with close monitoring in VDRL movement

- More than 6 years relevant experience in supply chain management within heavy engineering and oil & gas industries

5. Senior Executive, ICT Planning & Risk Management

- To plan, develop rollout and review ICT security policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT information in protecting company intellectual properties

- 5 – 8 years working experienced in Information Security, Audit, Risk or Compliance

6. Senior Executive, Project Procurement Management

- Responsible for strategizing, managing and controlling full SCM function for specific assigned project, comprising of purchasing of materials and consumables, expediting, source inspection, subcontracting, logistics / transportation and material management, end to end of project execution in meeting the divisional business goals

- 10 years in Supply Chain Management experience preferable in oil and gas industry, shipyard or related marine industry
