Looking for:

1) Senior Executive, Project Management

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Property Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in property management projects, with a focus on planning and execution.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

- Sound knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and industry practices.

- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:

-Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related projects.

-Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear project objectives and deliverables.

- Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standard.

-Participate in tender award.

-Experienced in issuance of CCC by local authorities.

- Feasibility Studies
