1) Senior Executive in International Business Development
who will be based at our Corporate Office at Ara Damansara, Selangor. You will report directly to the Senior Manager in International Business Development while playing a pivotal role in supporting RSDH to grow the business with a focus on the international market.

CRITERIA
‣ Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Social Science, or any related fields.
‣ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare industry with international
Marketing.
‣ Familiar with hospital settings.
‣ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with high cognitive ability
to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.
‣ Able to receive direction and independently follow tasks through with minimal
supervision.
‣ Ability to work well in a team.

2) Solution Analyst
will be based at our Corporate Office at Ara Damansara, Selangor, reporting directly to the Head of Solutions while playing a pivotal role in supporting our digital transformation efforts.
Interested candidates who fulfill the following requirements, can apply directly on:
CRITERIA
‣ Diploma or Degree in IT discipline; or with certificates and at least 5 years of related IT experience
‣ Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in managing HRIS portfolios.
‣ At least 4-5 years of HR and payroll-related experience at an executive level,
‣ Demonstrated experience in leading and participating in system migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
‣ Proficiency in analysing business processes and workflows to identify areas for digitisation, automation and system improvements.
‣ Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions that align with organisational goals and technological capabilities.
‣ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with high cognitive ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.
‣ Ability to work well in a team.
