What you'll do:
- Assist in managing quality assurance activities, ensuring a thorough review of audit reports and timely preparation of documents for stakeholders e.g., Management, Audit Committee, Board of Directors.
- Support the oversight of report and deck preparation, including the Quarterly Summary Report, Annual Audit Plan, and other internal documentations.
- Lead and carry out the management of non-core audit activities, including investigations, tender process oversight, assets disposal verification, and other ad-hoc activities.
- Assist in participating in and representing the department in various organizational committees especially in governance related areas, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive transformative change across areas such as Risk Management, Compliance, Integrity, Sustainability, and Innovation and Transformation.
- Support in fostering and maintaining effective relationship with clients, external auditors, and stakeholders, ensuring continuous liaison to stay informed about developments within the PNB Group.
- Keeping abreast with professional development and regulatory requirement to contribute to the enhancement of the Internal Assurance methodology and global best practices.
What you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Investment / Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Internal or external Audit
- Have strong skills in analysis, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software as an added advantage.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is an added advantage.

- Assist in audit planning and identifying risk areas to be included in the audit fieldwork.
- Perform audit that covers obtaining, analysing and appraising data to conclude on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls in the assigned area.
- Report audit findings and make recommendations for improving any unsatisfactory conditions.
- Setting-up and compiling the current audit file and permanent file.
- To conduct audit follow-up with audit clients.

What you'll do:
- The overarching objective of the job is to consistently deliver enhanced and stabilised returns from investments in global real estate assets for the company and the Unit Trust Funds.
- You will be developing and implementing strategies to grow and enhance the real estate investment portfolio which includes acquiring new, high-quality assets and divesting or turning around underperforming assets.
- You will be conducting investment due diligence as well as preparing and presenting investment proposals to the Management Investment Committee, Investment Committees and Board of Directors.
- You will be ideating investment ideas, structuring value-accretive transactions as well as generating ideas on business and operational improvements.
- Overall, we will count on your assistance in implementing investment strategies, monitoring performance of existing portfolio, execution of investment acquisitions and divestments, ad-hoc projects and administrative assignments, as required.
What you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in in Accounting / Finance / Investment / Real Estate or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment management / property valuation & asset management / corporate finance.
- Experience in managing large and multi-disciplinary team.
- Exceptional analytical with strong investment analysis and investment management skills.
- Proven track record in managing complex and large projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with different people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication including C-suite presentation skills.
- Excellent command in English and Bahasa Melayu.
