Job Responsibilities:
- Perform M&E site inspection during the course of construction work on site.
- Ensure all the M&E installations are complied with the Consultant’s Specification and Authority Requirements.
- To handle Clients and Contracts progress payments, and final account.
- To carry out M&E testing and commissioning.
- Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
- Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Responsible for effective project implementation of the site works for all M&E work and prepare necessary reports.
- To supervise and monitor M&E operates per construction drawing and work schedule.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- Candidate must registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Graduate Engineer and above.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as Resident Engineer in a consulting engineering firm for railway station project.
- Experienced in M&E building services co-ordination at site.
- Hardworking, diligent and thorough with supervision.
- Must be independent and able to handle site issues.
- Prompt in response to Client and consultants’ queries.
- Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English
- 6 working days weekly.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring quality control of Contractor’s performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction methods, witness and sign off all inspection forms.
- Administering day to day matters arising between Consultant and Contractor on unspecified elements of works.
- Providing regular reports on findings and M&E site activities to all parties.
- Maintaining material records on progress of the works.
- Directing the Contractor on variation to details previously issued by Consultants.
- Directing the Contractor on rectification works not complying with Consultant’s specified requirements and issue NCRs/ Site Memo.
- Coordinating and assisting the Design Office Team Leader/ Project Engineer/ Resident Engineer in the performance of site technical duties.
- Attending site meetings.
- Verify progress claim.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent.
- Candidate must registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Inspector of Works/ Engineer in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3-20 years of working experience as Inspector of Works/ Clerk of Works in a consulting engineering firm for railway station/ hospital/ factory project.
- Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English
- 6 working days weekly.

Job Description:
- Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in the design and delivery of civil and urban development projects including earthworks, drainage, roads and other infrastructures.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed designs; and liaise with local authorities, clients and contractors.
- Determine project design requirements and ensure that designs comply with specifications, design codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum 4-5 years of design experience.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply for Junior Engineer post.
- Experience and familiarity with computer aided design and 3D modelling software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD and MXROAD.
- Ability and willingness to work with visual programming tools such as Dynamo, Grasshopper and Python will be an added advantage.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in the civil and structural analysis and detailed design;
- Prepare sketches for draughters' drawings production;
- Carry out and check design calculations;
- Attend meetings and carry out design coordination with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors;
- Offer suggestions to assist in the efficiency of works;
- Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept/ relevant design standards and office standards;
- Ensure compliance with program constraints and budget;
- Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply for Junior Engineer post.
- Able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
- Able to work independently, under stress and with good attitude.
- Competent in ETABS, SAP, SAFE, REVIT or other related software will be an added advantage.

Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Leader/Sub-team Leaders in the performance of their duties;
- Carry out design calculations;
- Produce sketch drawings;
- Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/Client Brief/Approved Concept/relevant design standards and office standards;
- Ensure quality and accuracy of designs;
- Check documentation complies with designs;
- Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings;
- Ensure design output sustains continuity of drafting program;
- Coordinate project with other disciplines to ensure project completion.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Geotechnical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of respectively relevant design experience in Geotechnical & Foundation Engineering design for buildings and underground structures.
- For Senior positions, preferably with proven good design, management and supervision skills in leading the geotechnical design team.
- Independent and able to lead projects.
