Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field

· Achieve sustainable results (being results-oriented, being perseverant)

· Show flexibility and high adaptability to changing environment

· Process oriented, with disciplined process management skills

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others

· Excellent contract and cost negotiation skill

· Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, experience in preparing contractual and legal documents

· Able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities:

· To obtain and negotiate for best quotes and payment terms from suppliers on timely basis 

· To source for and build up database of suppliers to meet purchasing requirements of the company 

· To ensure suppliers’ invoices have been properly verified including goods and services received prior to proceeding to payment process

· To prepare weekly reporting status of purchase orders issued, purchase order pending approval and suppliers’ invoice pending verification 

· To assist with compliance requirements of external auditors, tax agent and any Government authority
