1. Head, Consultant Management (Quantity Surveying Experience)
Requirements:
-Bachelor in Quantity Surveyor / Project Management/ Procurement or any relevant discipline.
-Minimum 8 years in managerial level.
-Experience working in corporate bodies or GLC.
-Experience in contract administration in construction & development industry.
Responsibilities :
-Manage and monitor all post-contract issues in relation to the projects.
-Manage the Contract Documents for all the awarded projects.
-Manage the Interim Payment Certificate signing within stipulated time frame.
-Conduct site meetings and site valuation to check progress of project completion and quality assurance.
-Check the contract documents within 90 days of site possession.
-Monitor and inform superior of any contractual disputes and arbitration, and to provide specific information where necessary.
-Manage and review all claims and progress payments from Consultant or relevant parties.
-Follow through the progress payments as per contract terms.
-Monitor project budget to ensure project implementation costs are within stipulated budget and timeline.
-Conduct site visits and project evaluations as well as assessment of results before payment process.
-Constantly monitor project deliverables quality using appropriate tools.
-Manage payment of any Variation Order and Extension of time.
-Update monthly amount of Payment Certificate to Finance.
-Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project deliverables to all stakeholders.
-Preparation of Board/ Management papers.
