We're currently looking for
1. Senior Executive, Employee Performance & Development.
1) To conduct Training Needs Analysis & Identification for Leadership Programs, In-House Training Calendar, and evaluate training effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
2) Assist in developing structured learning management system through job competencies, organizational competencies & Functional Competencies.
3) Execute the implementation of the Position Technical Competencies Framework.
4) Handling development administration & operation (i.e. external training registration, logistics arrangement, training payment).
5) Assist in preparing management reports for review of the division
6) Administer the Knowledge Sharing implementation and arrangement are carried out effectively and efficiently.
7) Monitor Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) training grant application and claim.
8) Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance measures are used to effectively drive business objectives and effect organizational change
9) Manage and execute the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals
10) Involve and support the process of development of the KPIs for organization, divisional and departmental level
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in Related field.
