Job Responsibilities:
1)To coordinate the handover process in place to the purchaser, communicate with internal stakeholders, and prepare the key handover session.
2)To organizer and attend the defect reports, and liaise with the contractors on the defect rectification works for the purchaser house units.
3)To carry out inspection of house defects, arrange and monitor defects rectification works and update the purchasers on the completed task.
4)Handle daily operations of side office management and maintenance operation of community and other related matter including liaise with puchasers, authorities,consultants, contractors, and services providers.
5) To prepare report internal & external when necessary.
