1. Project Manager
- Posses degree in relevant engineering.
- Min 15 years relevant working experience in O&G Offshore Construction, min 5 years' PM experience either T&I/ decommissioning offshore projects.

2. Decommissioning Manager
- Min 15 years relevant experience in O&G Offshore upstream industry with min 5 years' experience in the position with at least 10 structures installation/decommissioning projects.

3. Offshore Construction Superintendent
- Min 15 years relevant working experience in O&G Offshore Construction with at least 5 years' as Vessel Master.

4. Barge Master
- Possess a Master Mariner qualification
- Min 15 years relevant working experience in O&G Offshore Construction with 5 years' as Vessel Master.
- Fully responsible when coordinating, executing and commanding of MWVB & all the aspects of marine related activities during offshore execution.

5. Yard Manager
- Min 10 years relevant experience in Offshore upstream industry with 3 years' experience in position & at least 3 projects of similar type.

6. Senior Structure Engineer
- Possess degree in relevant engineering.
- Min 10 years' experience in offshore upstream O&G industry & min 5 years' experience in the position & at least 5 projects of similar type .

7. Naval Architect
- Possess degree in Naval Architecture
- Min 10 years' experience in Offshore/Marine industry.
- At least 5 years in similar capacity of offshore floating vessel concept configurations and fully conversant with engineering analyses and preparing procedures for load out, transportation & installation work for offshore structures & pipelines. 

8. Senior Field Engineer/Field Engineer
- Possess degree in relevant engineering.
- With 5-10 years' experience in O&G industry, 3-5 years' experience in the position & 3-5 structures installation/decom project.

9. Contract Engineer
- Possess degree in Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Min 8 years' relevant working experience in O&G industry & at least 3 years' experience in position in offshore construction industry.

10. Cost Engineer
- Posses degree in relevant technical, accounting, or business discipline. Min 3 years' experience in the position on offshore oil & gas industry.

11. Expeditor/Buyer
- Min 4 years' experience and at least 2 years' experience of similar type.

12. Planner
- Possess degree/Diploma in technical/engineering.
- Min 10 years' experience in offshore upstream O&G industry and at least 5 years' experience in the position and at least 5 projects of similar type.

13. QA/QC Lead
- Possess degree in technical/engineering.
- Min 10 years' experience in offshore upstream O&G. Min 5 years' experience in the position and at least 5 projects of similar type.

14. HSE Lead
- Posses a Diploma/Degree in any discipline & Green Book.
- Min 10 years' experience in OSH offshore O&G industry & min 5 years' in the position & 5 projects of similar type.
