1. Commercial & Operations Manager (Puchong, Selangor)
🔹Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields.
🔹Min. 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
🔹Well versed in Subsea Business Development, Bidding & Proposal, Execution and Services area.
🔹Experience in managing business unit and project operations and overseeing daily business operations
🔹Developing and implementing growth strategies, opportunities and managing budgets
🔹Evaluating performance and productivity of business, managers and staff
🔹Possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills
🔹Possesses good Negotiation / Persuasions Skills
🔹Lean Method and Kaizen Understanding
🔹Resourceful & analytical with strong commitment in job
🔹Good/Extensive knowledge in Subsea Equipment (SURF), ROV & Toolings and project management/delivery
2. Lead Engineer (Lumut, Perak)
🔹Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering discipline; from a recognized Higher Learning Institution.
🔹Registered with the Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM).
🔹Minimum of seven (7) years working experience as an Maintenance Engineer / Lead , preferably in the Oil & Gas Fabrication industry.
🔹Familiar with CMMS system, able to perform RCA, Procedure FMEA report & able to troubleshoot heavy machineries & rectify reactive maintenance issues.
🔹Develop and establish maintenance relevant work procedures, Safe Work Instruction and JHA’s for standardization and operational effectiveness.
🔹Develop work schedules and plans; for maintaining and improving equipment and machinery up-time.
🔹 Able to Lead, plan, coordinate and execute yard maintenance activities to ensure compliance to schedule, procedures and project requirements.
🔹 Perform proactive and preventive maintenance related activities; to optimize up-time and ensure all LFU P&M are monitored and maintained accordingly.
🔹 Check and monitor the malfunction for all LFU P&M to prevent or minimize downtime and interruptions.
🔹 Initiate improvement on the functionality of LFU P&M to increase its efficiency.
🔹 Review maintenance database: to ensure maintenance activities are recorded accordingly in TM Master and follow procedures.
🔹 Prepare Weekly Asset Summary, Maintenance Stock Inventory Report for internal usage and yard management meeting.
🔹 Coordinate and attend yearly inspection by DOSH; to meet safety and project requirements.
🔹To ensure LFU P&M reach minimum 70% uptime.
