Work Location: near KLCC (walking distance to LRT station)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, schedule, and monitor assigned projects.
2. Aid in achieving the objectives and goals of the department.
3. Assist in the sales and business development of the department
4. Communicate with partners and clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
5. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide technical and non-technical support.
6. Prepare, and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities.
7. Assist marketing team in development of advertising and promoting services/products.
8. Uphold high HSE standard and compliance.
9. Awareness and contribution to implementation, practices, and improvement of ISO 9001.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

2) Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
1. To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2. To ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
3. Responsible for office management, including access management, office supplies, equipment, maintenance (pantry stuffs, utilities bills, cleaning or any other services required) and other admin-related stuffs.
4. Support team leaders, managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to business travel i.e flight booking, accommodation reservation etc.
5. Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval.
6. To ensure that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and to be delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
7. To manage payment to office building management, suppliers, vendors etc. for all office-related matters.
8. To assist in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.
9. Act as a liaison between the company, staffs, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
10. To support any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirement:
1. Diploma in a related field, such as office administration.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerporint in particular).
4. Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as, printers and fax/copy machines.
5. IT literate/ technologically savvy.
6. Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams.
