Looking for Executive, Procurement.

Company: Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

1)Source, negotiate, and purchase products and services related to the Company everyday operations (CAPEX and OPEX).

2)Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and following up regularly to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

3) Prepared and manage procurement strategic (RFP, RFQ and RFI).

4) Responsible for the tendering exercise to ensure effectively implemented.

5) To evaluate and analyze the tender submission (Mandatory, Technical and Commercial).

6) Support in the identification and development of new potential vendors for cost-effective procurement.

7)Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to identify and finalize the scope of work/bill of quantities (BQ).

8) Assist in the preparing monthly procurement expenses and saving

9) To conduct a facility audit for a new prospective vendor.

10) Able to use SAP System / Ariba e-Sourcing / e-Procurement would be ad value added.

Looking for Executive, Security, Surveillance & Safety.

Company: PR1MA Facilities Management Sdn Bhd

Requirement:

-Experience in project management, implementation and refurbishment.

-Experience in facility audit and feasibility study in terms of facilities, safety and environmental issues.

-Experience in security physical tracking system or any related security technology and cyber.

-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and attention to details.

-Certificate in Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental (OSHE) is and added advantage.

-Knowledge in firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, handling security electronics system and Drone is and added advantage.

Responsibilities:

-To manage and implement physical, operational, and technological security to provide a safe and secure environment in PR1MA and Residencies.

-To conduct site visits and recommend on the improvement of the site’s security and safety arrangement.

-To manage outsourced security guards and the delivery of services on daily and must ensure that all the operation runs smoothly according to procedure.

-To rectify problems and advice for corrective actions.

-The post-holder can made decision based on policy, procedure and standing instruction that given by Head of 3S. Any special occurrence, the decision shall be obtained from Head of 3S.

-The post-holder must maintain highest standard of discipline in terms of appearance, courtesy and abide by rules and regulations.

-To prepare monthly security, safety & surveillance (3S) related report to be incorporated within Facilities Management Division.

-Assist Internal Stakeholder within PR1MA in any projects with respect to Security, Safety and Surveillance of the existing residency, assets and land.

-Render administrative services and liaise with government bodies such as Police, Bomba, Civil defend and local authorities for any matters arose during execution of the works.

-Other duties or assigned by superior from time to time.
