📃 Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to plan, execute, monitor and review on production operation relating to safety, quality, cost and delivery according to company target.
• Assist Head of Department and Head of Division to achieve KPI of department which aligned with PROTON direction.
• To plan, execute and manage OPEX & CAPEX wisely as per approved budget.
• Creating and maintaining the Company's Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the company's quality.
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the products and the environment through training and work instruction.
• Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with quality standard, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the products and the environment through training and work instruction.

• Liaise with managers and operators to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and processes and for reporting and reducing quality issues.
• Work with cross-functional team to generate Manufacturing Inspection Test Plan that ensure good quality products are produced.
• Responsible for organizing and managing the activities of receiving and outgoing quality functions and ensure supplier assurance and if necessary, perform quality audits. 
• Build relationships internally with department managers and technical team leader.

🎓Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive/Manufacturing)or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in a related role
• Knowledge in Robotic system and PLC is added advantage
• Good skill in Microsoft office (Word,Powerpoint,Excel)

Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to various business units or departments within the organization. HRBP tasked to collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals. The HRBP provides expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and
objectives.
ii. Develop and implement HR strategies that support and align with the
business unit's strategic plans.

2. Talent Management:
i. Identify workforce needs and work with the HR team to develop talent
acquisition and retention strategies.
ii. Assist in recruiting key talent, onboarding, and talent development.

3. Employee Relations:
Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving employee conflicts and issues.
Ensure that HR policies and practices are consistently applied within the
business unit.

4. Organizational Development:
Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change.
Develop and implement organizational development initiatives, such as
training and development programs.

5. Performance Management:
i. Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and provide
guidance on performance management processes.
ii. Assist in performance evaluation and feedback processes.

6. Workforce Planning:
Analyze workforce data and trends to anticipate future staffing needs.
Develop workforce plans to address potential gaps in skills or talent

7. Compliance and HR Operations:
i. Ensure that the business unit complies with labor laws and company
policies
ii. Support HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and
HR recordkeeping

8. Change Management
Assist in managing organizational change initiatives, workforce
optimization, Corporate Culture internalization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field (Master's degree preferred)

Several years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on business
partnership

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and
regulations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into HR
initiatives

Experience in change management and organizational development.
