BSN is seeking sharp and detail-oriented candidates to join our Deposit, Payment and Financial Inclusion Department.
We have vacancies for:
 
1. Section Head, Business Development & Collaboration
- Manage corporate business development, salary package & customer relationship.

2. Senior Executive, Strategic Alliances

3. Senior Executive, Portfolio Management & Pricing
- Facilitate in strategic pricing for product and campaign under Deposit with strategic alignment focusing on growing deposit portfolio, margins control, and penetrating industry market.
-Manage portfolio performance measurement, portfolio forecasting, profit budgeting and margin optimization.

4. Senior Executive, Remittance
- To boost remittance fee income, stimulate greater usage, and accelerate user adoption for increased profitability.
- Responsible for sales & marketing, campaign & promotion and daily operations in remittance business

5. Executive, States Performance Management
- To oversee and optimize the sales performance, planning/executing/administering strategic sales campaigns and staff incentive programs, and ensure the successful promotion of BSN's deposit and fee based banking products across the respective Mentor States/Regional Deposit teams.
 

Requirement 
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in deposit and payment product or related products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Preferably with experience in managing individual account/cash management/SME deposits/payroll sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
