1) Assistant Vice President, Procurement, Office Admin & Support
Job Scope:
1) Perform procurement and contracting activities during pre and post-contract stages including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation
2) Review pre-tender requirements including estimate, tender preparation and evaluation with technical to ensure procedures are followed according
3) Review and enhance innovation to the existing procurement process
4) Perform quarterly /annually report on procurement analysis including office admin and support.
5) Review annual asset disposal and provide the recommendation to the Management
6) Maintain office equipment, register, tagging
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Professional Degree in Business Studies/Management/ Finance / Accounting / Economy or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the related field.
