*Job Vacancy:  1) Senior Transport Operations Executive*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our transport operations. The candidate must have a strong background in logistics, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing transportation processes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including fleet management, route planning, and logistics coordination.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

3. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

4. Lead, mentor, and develop a team.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with overall business strategies.

6. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management and customers.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

*Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale transportation operations.

4. In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
