LOS Helpdesk
• Address CCRIS related query within Corporate Banking Division.
• Raise Service Request (“SR”) for LOS enhancement and follow-up on the status and
progress.
• Perform testing on all issues resolved by IT and SR resolved by vendor under UAT
environment prior to promotion to Production.
• Review CCRIS report (SREF report from Finance) for all applications and investigate further
for non-compliance/ genuine errors.

Financial Management Reporting
• Attend monthly / weekly reporting to internal stakeholder, i.e;
➢ Pipeline
➢ Actual Disbursement & Repayment
➢ Limit Reduction & Cancellation
➢ Loan Net Disbursement
➢ Group Credit Management Monitoring
➢ CCRIS Pending Application
➢ Invalid CCRIS Reference Number

• Provide presentation material for management meetings, i.e;
➢ GMC
➢ GALCO
➢ CMC
➢ GBCRRC
➢ Business Marketing
