1. Assistant Vice President, Secretarial
Job Description:
1. ICSA qualification or equivalent
2. Familiar with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements (added advantage). Hands-on knowledge in MBRS and MyCoID is a requirement.
3. At least 8 years' relevant working experience
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Strong multitasking ability with good attention to details and deadline
6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
7. Organising, preparing agendas and matters arisings for meetings and compiling meeting papers including accurate minutes taking and timely submission of draft thereon.
8. Timely and accurate lodgement or submission of statutory documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM). Liaising with CCM officers where necessary on work-related matters.
9. Maintain, manage and update the statutory records/registers and the corporate secretarial database.
10. Provide effective support and assistance to the Vice President in discharging the corporate secretarial duties to ensure compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, i.e BNM’ Policy Document on Corporate Governance and Financial Services Act 2013 (added advantage).
11. Support other relevant corporate services related matters, as and when the need arise.
