Job Title: 

1. Head of Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Division: Group Risk Management
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Affin Bank HQ, TRX/Jalan Raja Chulan
 
Key Accountabilities:
· To manage and oversee the implementation of the Group BCM Program (RA/BIA, BCP, Testing, Program Maintenance and Awareness) and its governing policies in complying with regulatory requirements.
·  To assist the Group Chief Risk Officer to oversee the implementation of the BCM Program and other BCM related matters within the bank.
·  Responsible to develop BCM governance framework to govern Business Units and Core Supporting groups in the implementation of the BCM Program.
·  Responsible to plan, provide guidance and facilitate BCM culture immersion within the bank through the establishment of the BCM Awareness Program.
·  Responsible to plan, provide guidance and facilitate the BCM community (BCP coordinators, business/section heads and core supporting team) to effectively manage crisis through the establishment of the Crisis Management Plan.
