 (Malaysian Only - preferable Sarawakian)

1.    Job Responsibilities:
·        To conduct lessons learned meeting and maintain lesson learned register and update risk register
·        To support and be accountable for HSSE Document
·        To ensure development and implementation of Construction Safety Roadmap as required as mandatory control in major project
·        To ensure Operations Readiness Plan of Project is developed and implemented
·        To develop Permitting Strategy
·        To develop Preliminary Project Execution Plan
·        To ensure and support Project Premise Document is order as mandatory control for major project
·        To ensure Basis for Design and Basic Design and Engineering Package in order
·        To be aware and informed on all EGB Meeting Decisions and Action during Front End
·        To develop Define Construction Safety Requirements as mandatory control in major project
·        To develop and update risk register
·        To refine technical documentation & drawings
·        To be responsible constructability reviews are done
·        To compile basic design and engineering package as a mandatory control for major project
·        To develop and maintain this Project Execution Plan as mandatory control for major project
·        To be aware of all Management of Change approved as per MoC guide as mandatory control for major project
·        To be responsible for development of Construction Package as a mandatory control for major project
·        To conduct Construction Readiness Review as a mandatory control for major project
·        To be responsible for management of Construction Safety on site as mandatory control for major project
·        To be responsible for development and implementation of Inspection Test Plan as mandatory control for project
·        To be responsible for Construct Asset & Implement QA/QC Plans
·        To be Prepare Commissioning & Startup Procedures
·        To support Operating Procedures and Training of Staff
·        To support all Commissioning activities
·        To support pre-startup safety review (PSSR) activity and punch list clearing activities and Statement of Fitness as mandatory control for project
·        To support all contractual matters, startup and acceptance tests
·        To be prepare Project Closeout Report
 
 
2.    Job Requirements:
·        Project location will be in Sarawak, Malaysia.
·        Experienced in HYDROGEN will be an advantage.
