currently calling for interested candidates to apply for these positions:

1) Contract Management Executive

a. Responsible for preparation and reviewing contracts, verifying accuracy in line with company policies and guidelines.

b. Able to analyze complex contract, participate in negotiation to ensure timely review and approval of any variation in contract.

c. Liaising between parties regarding contract development and negotiation regarding terms and conditions and drafting or revising changes as and when required.

d. Ensure relevant documentation accompany contracts and maintain digital and hard copies of documentation.

2) Senior Executive Sourcing

a. Ensure all purchase adhere to the policies and procedures.

b. Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

c. Work with team members to complete duties as needed.

d. Maintain a proper filing and record keeping of procurement, tender and contract. 

3) Vendor Management Executive

a. Manage vendor registration, vendor renewal and assist to solve any dispute arising from the buyer-vendor relationship.

b. Develop and amend all policies and procedures related to vendor management.

c. Ensure all registration and performance evaluations adhere to the policies and procedures.
