The Organizational Development Manager plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees. The Manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Designs and develops Organisational Development plans and policies for the organisation.
Designs and develops Organisational Development training programs for management and employees.
Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Key Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, or equivalent.
Ten years’ experience with at least five years managerial experience,
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential or equivalent, preferred.
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred.
