Sapura Energy Berhad is currently looking for potential candidates to fill in below position urgently.
1. EXECUTIVE, Legal & Compliance
The incumbent will support the Legal and Compliance Department.
Qualifications, Skill & Experience :-
+ Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
+ Minimum three (3) years to seven (7) years of working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
+ Experience in risk management, legal, compliance or audit functions.
+ Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML)
+ Possess good negotiation, problem-solving skills and familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
+ Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia and computer literate.
+ Ability to perform and manage numerous assigned tasks while meeting rigorous performance standards and tight deadlines. Ability to focus on critical priorities.
+ Ability to work as a member of multi-disciplinary team.
+ Capable to work independently and under minimum supervision.
+ Possess strong commitment towards work.
+ Possess analytical mind with ability to quickly learn new things, develop useful expertise, produce significant contributions assess contractual risks.
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, Legal & Contracts
Senior Executive, Legal supports the Legal and Contracts Department for matters mostly related to projects in the pre and post bid activities as well as in other areas where Legal and Contracts Department is required to support.
Qualifications, Skill & Experience :-
+ Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
+ Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or construction industry.
+ Professional presence, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and experience delivering crisp, clear executive presentations.
+ Possess good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
+ Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia and computer literate.
+ Ability to perform and manage numerous assigned tasks while meeting rigorous performance standards and tight deadlines. Ability to focus on critical priorities.
+ Ability to work as a member of multi-disciplinary team.
+ Capable to work independently and under minimum supervision.
+ Possess strong commitment towards work.
