1. Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator
Job Description:
• Administration of contracts and costs monitoring.
• To prepare contractor settlement and payment.
• To prepare ledger of variation, measurement and payment.
• To keep track of the payment progress based on the contract, resolve payment disputes, collect data of approved additional works.
• Project cost monitoring, assess variation order claim and prepare recommend variation order for management approval.
• Closure of final accounts for contractors and consultants.
• Responsible to ensure that contractors work done is paid timely but not overpaid.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
• Possess Languages – English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the post contract stage
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Candidate who is responsible, reliable, and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented
• Possess a positive attitude and good manners
• Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5.30pm & 9:30am-6:30pm)
• Candidates must be willing to work at QSR Tower, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
