is hiring:
1. Project Administrator
with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Preferably someone with immediate availability.
2. Marine Coordinator
position to base at KL Trillion, Jalan Tun Razak.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee ship inspections & audits and close out.
- To work closely with PMT
- Ensure all spreads chartered are fully complied to Project Specific requirement.
- Oversees all Marine related documentation for on hire.
- Handle day-to-day Marine operations & movement
- MGO & FW planning and coordination.
- Monitor reports to ensure ships meet requirements and possess the relevant documentation.
- Oversees implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
