Your New Roles:
• Partner with the leadership team to develop and deliver strategic people plan that align with the business vision and priorities.
• Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the assigned organisation
• Drives/Facilitates the execution of talent management, development, engagement, performance management and retention programs to build a strong future-ready talent bench in alignment with the organisation’s vision.
• Partner with COE to drive the Employee Experience initiatives for the business teams you support.
• Collaborate with leaders in managing change, effective organisation design and people planning that supports business strategy
What You'll Need to Succeed
• You’ve got at least 5 years' experience working with leaders at all levels, in a people partnering role at a fast-paced company
• You’re well versed in organizational dynamics, know what engaged, motivated, growing teams look like, and can give guidance on what to do to make this even better
• You’re hands-on, but know how to collaborate and prioritize (constantly looking for how things can be done more simply or automated)
• You’re excited to try new approaches, do things differently, and aren’t afraid to “build as you go”
• You’re a change agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively engage those around you to get them excited about the future
• You are able to build long-term, trusting relationships and work well across functions
